
Granola Bars
Easy, healthy, and yummy snacks, you can chew on and share with your family or friends.

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2/3 cup maple syrup

2½ cups whole rolled oats

1/3 cup cranberry
-
1/4 cup cashew nuts or almond nuts (crushed)


Instruction

Stir all the ingredients together in a large bowl, until smooth.

The mixture may seem dry at first, but keep stirring until they all mix together.

Put an 8 x 8 parchment paper onto the pan, and pour the mixture into the pan. Put another piece of parchment paper on top, can carefully press the mixture until it's equal and flattened.

Chill for 1 hour and sliced them into a bite-size bar that you want. And dig in.

You can add any ingredients to the granola bars, if it's not sweet enough add more maple syrups, if you don't like cranberry, then replace it with other berries.
