Chickpeas Salad

A healthy salad that contains all the nutrition you need, add any vegetables that you want so it suit your taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato (cubed)

  • 10 grape tomatoes

  • 1 handful of sunflower sprouts

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 8 lettuce (any kind of leafy greens)

  • 1 cups chickpeas (cooked)

  • 1 bell pepper (sliced) 

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

    • Seasons it however you like

Instruction 

  • Bake the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and put them in the oven at over 200 Celsius. Roast for 20 minutes

  • Put all the ingredients inside a large bowl, and you can start mixing it until all ingredients merge together. Season it with your favorite salad dressings, some lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Notes

  • For the freshness of the salad, make sure to make it right when you want to eat it. Keeping the salad overnight can make it go bad.
