
Chickpeas Salad
A healthy salad that contains all the nutrition you need, add any vegetables that you want so it suit your taste!

Ingredients

1 large sweet potato (cubed)

10 grape tomatoes

1 handful of sunflower sprouts

1 cup shredded red cabbage

8 lettuce (any kind of leafy greens)

1 cups chickpeas (cooked)

1 bell pepper (sliced)

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Seasons it however you like

Instruction

Bake the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and put them in the oven at over 200 Celsius. Roast for 20 minutes

Put all the ingredients inside a large bowl, and you can start mixing it until all ingredients merge together. Season it with your favorite salad dressings, some lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

For the freshness of the salad, make sure to make it right when you want to eat it. Keeping the salad overnight can make it go bad.
